Our VET Hospitality students have been put through their paces this past week with the opening of the Shamrock Cafe in the Whelan Food Centre.
The student-run cafe has been warmly received by Year 12 students and staff alike, with milkshakes, toasties and brownies proving especially popular.
Under the guidance of their teacher, Mr Brett Earl, the boys have embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, developing their skills in food preparation, customer service and teamwork in a real-world setting.
Congratulations to all involved on a fantastic first week—an impressive achievement and wonderful addition to College life.
Breaking News: The Shamrock Cafe will be open for our upcoming Mother's Day Mass & Breakfast! Come and see what our boys have to offer.

Congratulations to Year 11 student Jake Robillard, who has been named in the Hockey Australia Under 16 Boys squad.
Jake, who plays Men's Premier League Hockey for Footscray, earned selection following an outstanding performance representing Victoria at the National Championships in Perth. Victoria went through the tournament, undefeated, culminating in a grand final victory.

Every donation, big or small, helps make a difference.
To contribute a prize or to find out more, please contact the College on info@stpats.vic.edu.au
