Compass events, consent  and payment

The cut-off time for permission and payment (where payment is required) of general excursions (including sport) is SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT without exception. Where consent and payment (where payment is required) is not received by the cut-off date, the student will not be able to attend the event. Parents will not be able to call the school after the cut off time and request an exemption from the policy. This change assists with coaches entering team sheets, appropriate transport organisation, and accurate numbers for supervision. Please assist us by ensuring all events are given consent and payment by the cut off time to ensure your child does not miss out on an opportunity. 

Below you will see a snapshot of the parent portal on Compass. You will see the circle which highlights when there are events that are awaiting payment or consent.
