Inform and Empower
Students have recently completed the Term 1 Inform and Empower lessons at school. This program supports students to develop the knowledge and skills needed to stay safe and make positive choices in both their online and offline lives. Please find attached a parent information sheet about the program, along with the Term 1 parent fact sheets, which outline the topics covered and provide ideas for continuing these conversations at home.

Coding Club has started!
Coding Club is now underway for Term 1. This term, students will be learning how to code Spheros while working through a range of exciting STEM challenges. These activities help students develop problem-solving skills, creativity and teamwork as they design, test and improve their coding solutions. We look forward to seeing the amazing ideas students create!

Online Gaming
Many children enjoy playing video games to relax, learn new skills and connect with friends. While gaming can be fun and positive, it is important for families to understand how to keep children safe online. The eSafety Commissioner has created a helpful online hub with advice for parents about gaming, including tips on setting boundaries, understanding game ratings and managing online interactions.
