Dylan Taylor has secured a school-based apprenticeship at John Sanderson’s Machinery in Nagambie. His apprenticeship will be a Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology. He will attend Bendigo Kangan and will be included in a small group of apprentices which will receive specialized training on all AGCO products and machinery. Dylan secured the opportunity by visiting the employer through his own initiative and arranging work experience. He then displayed a strong interest in the industry and real potential in the workplace. He returned to Sanderson’s during the September school holidays to do more work. Dylan also has plans to study a couple of VCE subjects in 2025. He will be busy but is excited to be able to attend Sanderson’s two days a week as part of his school-based apprenticeship.
