Kooyong District Swimming

Congratulations to all students who represented Auburn South PS at this year’s District Swimming Carnival at Boroondara Sports Centre.

Auburn South was made proud once again with so many terrific achievements by our students. It was great to see both the student and parent support on the day for our competitors. The cheering from the side lines especially during the 50m freestyle relay really was fantastic to watch.

A huge congratulations to the following students who have qualified for the Division Swimming Carnival on Wednesday 4th March with top two finishes in individual events:

Tom G, 2nd place in 11B Backstroke
Chloe C, 2nd place in 12G Backstroke
Wenxhi C, 2nd place 11B Breaststroke
Aurelia C, 2nd place 12G Breaststroke
Billy P, 1st place 11B Butterfly
Chloe H, 1st place 12G Butterfly
1st place to the 11B 4 x 50m Freestyle Relay Team: Oliver S, Tom G, Wenxhi C and Billy P
2nd place to the 11G 4 x 50m Freestyle Relay Team: Alice H, Imogen C, Elektra Z and Tessa M
