We are very proud of Marlu for showing courage and strength to perform at the National Sorry Day Healing Ceremony on Tuesday 26th May at Malahang Reserve, Heidelberg West.

This healing event happens every year and has many local community members, politicians, schools and Aboriginal Elders attend, sharing together stories of strength and resilience, that many Aboriginal people/communities have endured and the ongoing issues Aboriginal people and their families are working on from these past traumatic events that still significantly affect our culture and people today.

Marlu performed a number of different dances starting with Bunjil's creation story of how our animals and people came to be.
