Year 6 PYPX

Week 6 – Making and Creating

Week 6 has been all about making, creating and bringing our ideas to life! In Year 6, PYPX is in full swing, and we are busy putting the final touches on our exhibition projects.

Students have been designing their stalls, creating displays, finishing their infographics, and practising how they will share their learning with our guests. There has been lots of making, building, creating, problem-solving, and teamwork happening!

We are getting very close to Exhibition Day, and the excitement (and a few nervous butterflies!) are growing. We asked some of our Year 6 students how they have been finding the PYPX journey:

Zac: “It was stressful for the first couple of weeks, but as you go on, it becomes more manageable.”

Jules: “I’m nearly finished my stall, and I have been working very hard to complete it.”

Matilda: “I have been working and looking forward to putting it all together.”

Lily: “It’s been stressful at times, but I have learnt to keep going and not give up.”

It has been fantastic to see our students working hard over the past 6 weeks and we can't wait to see the finished exhibition!
