A Huge Thank You from Newport Lakes Parents' Club!
To all the families and students who came along to our annual school disco, thank you for making it such a fantastic night! The kids absolutely had a blast, and there's nothing we love more than giving our students a well-deserved treat to brighten up these cold winter nights.
A massive thank you to all the parents who volunteered their time and energy to help bring this event to life, and to everyone who brought their kids along to dance the night away. This is honestly one of our favourite events on the calendar each year, and we can't wait to keep making it bigger and better as time goes on.

And of course, a huge thank you to Carly, Kellie, and Brodie for all your behind-the-scenes support in helping pull this disco together, and for always backing our Parents' Club adventures (no matter how ambitious they get!).

Grill’d Local Matters for Newport Lakes Primary School!
We’re excited to share that our school will be on the Grill’d Local Matters jars in August at the ALTONA NORTH GRILL’D! This is a great opportunity for our community to support the school - every time you purchase a meal at Grill’d, you’ll receive a token to place in our jar. The more tokens we collect, the more funding our school receives. We’ll be in touch closer to August with more details, including a possible community fundraising night.

Term 3 Fresh Fruit Mondays
Volunteer Link Open Now
Parents’ Club is very excited to commence running the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program to the F - 2 classrooms in Term 3. Supported through our Parents’ Club teaming up with our local neighbourhood grocer, The Happy Apple, every Monday morning from 9 - 9:30am we bring some delicious fresh fruit and vegetables to our excited little humans. We are looking for parent volunteers to assist in cutting and distributing the stock each week. Little siblings are welcome to come along, as long as they are supervised by a parent. Whether you’d like to sign up each week or only once, your time is greatly appreciated!
