EDUCATION

Grade 5 Science Day
On Wednesday 6th August, we welcomed 300 students from our local primary schools to explore the exciting word of biology, chemistry, environmental science, physics, and digital technology - topping it off with an amazing live science show that has everyone buzzing with curiosity and wonder.
Thank you to our incredible staff and student helpers for creating such a fun, hands-on day of learning and inspiration!
Year 10 Outdoor Environmental Studies
Year 10 Outdoor Ed’s finest bush cooks went head to head in the My Trangia Rules competition. Students were required to cook a hiking meal on a small mentholated fuel stove, known as a Trangia.
Not only were they judged on taste, presentation, and creativity emphasis was also on safety, teamwork and the dreaded clean- up. All of the groups worked hard to impress the judges, but there can only be one MTR winner. Well done to everyone who participated!
Congratulations to Remy, Sully & Nathan for their 29.5 out of 30 meal. Chickpea Curry, with rice and a dessert of killer pythons.

Well done to everyone involved — it was fantastic to see such strong encouragement and cooperation from all students. A great day of challenge, growth, and support!
