As we start term 1, we would like to remind all students of a few important expectations that help create a positive and productive learning environment for everyone.

• School Uniform: Students are expected to be in full and correct school uniform each day. Wearing uniform correctly helps build pride and a sense of belonging within our school community.

• Mobile Phones: Please remember that mobile phones should be used in line with the school’s phone policy .

• Prepared for Class: Arriving with the correct books, equipment, and learning materials ensures students are ready to engage fully in their learning.

• Punctuality: Arriving to class on time is essential to minimise disruption and make the most of learning time.

• Student Medical Emergencies and Ambulance Cover

Parents and carers are reminded that they are responsible for any medical expenses incurred if their child is injured, becomes unwell, or requires medical treatment while at school or participating in a school activity. This includes any ambulance costs that may be incurred.

In the event of a serious accident, injury, or sudden illness, school staff will act in the best interests of the student and may call an ambulance immediately if required. Depending on the circumstances, parents/carers may not be contacted until after an ambulance has been called.

We encourage all families to ensure their ambulance membership and private medical insurance details are current and up to date. Having appropriate ambulance cover can help avoid unexpected costs should emergency medical treatment be required.
