School Photos

Just a friendly reminder that although school photos have already been printed and delivered, families still have the opportunity to purchase photos for delivery to their preferred address (home or otherwise).

Horse Shoe - kiss and ride

Parents, you are reminded that you must remain inside your vehicle when using the horse shoe for drop off and pick up. There have been numerous times recently when vehicles have been parked in the horse shoe which causes significant inconvenience to other users. 

If you want to walk your child to class, please park on Addington Way or at the Golf Course carpark.

Student Phones and devices

The Department of Education does not permit student use of mobile phones in public schools unless for medical or teacher directed educational purpose.

For the purposes of this policy, ‘mobile phones’ includes smart watches, other electronic communication devices, and associated listening accessories, such as, but not limited to, headphones and ear buds.

“Off and away all day” includes before school and at break times.

All communication between parents and students, during school hours, should occur via the school’s administration.

At Marangaroo PS, we ask students to power off and hand their devises in at the front office as they arrive in the morning and collect them as they leave in the afternoon. Devises are stored securely for the duration of the school day.  

Before and After School Care 

Kids Academy Early Learning Centre Before and After School Programs cater for children aged 4 - 12 years, outside school hours. The programs focus on age-appropriate and creative play activities through a variety of choices which encourage children to extend their social development and build friendships in a secure environment.
