Sport update

We've had an active start to the term with sport team trials for interschool sport, sporting achievements and training for District Cross Country.

District Cross Country

We have 47 excited students preparing for next week’s District Cross Country, where they’ll compete against 14 other schools at Fawkner Park. We have our fingers crossed for better weather than our school cross country and wish our team the very best of luck!

Jumping across Australia

Congratulations to our Year 6 jumping champion, Jess D, who recently represented Team Victoria at the 2026 Coles Australian Little Athletics Championships in Brisbane.

Competing against the best in the country, Team Vic achieved an outstanding 2nd place overall, just behind NSW. Jess delivered fantastic performances, finishing 9th in the Triple Jump and 12th in the Long Jump.

A brilliant effort on the national stage – well done, Jess!

Gold medal diving

Hanna represented PMPS at the School Regional and State Diving Championships at MSAC, winning gold in the Southern Region before going on to claim an impressive silver at State.
