World Sleep Day 2026: Sleep Well, Live Better
Each year, schools and communities around the globe recognise World Sleep Day, an international awareness campaign that highlights the importance of healthy sleep. This special day is a great opportunity for us to reflect on how vital good sleep habits are for our children’s learning, wellbeing, and overall development.
For more information, please see the following fact sheet from the Sleep Health Foundation which outlines why sleep is especially important for children and adolescents’ wellbeing, how the use of technology affects sleep, and ways to encourage safe and healthy technology use to improve sleep and wellbeing.
