There is a currenlty a known issue with QKR! app on Android phone. See below for details:

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Unable to download QKR! application on new or latest Android phones.

STATUS UPDATE

The technical team has completed phase 1 investigation but is unable to provide a resolution date.

WORKAROUND

As a workaround, parents can go to QKR! website portal using computer or laptop via the URL below.

Kindly login with their account credentials. (email and password). If it's the first time you log in, kindly click SIGN UP.

I will keep you posted when I hear more updates from the QKR! technical support team.
