Celebrating Success and Focusing on Continuity

As we approach the culmination of this school year, I am delighted to reflect on the remarkable achievements and moments that have defined our journey together at Marion Primary School. The dedication and collaboration of students, teachers, and parents have truly made this a year to remember.

Our recent events and celebrations showcased the incredible talents and growth of our students. Their achievements are a testament to the supportive community we've cultivated. Your role in fostering a conducive learning environment at home has been crucial, and we appreciate your ongoing partnership.

As we revel in the successes of the past year, I want to emphasize the importance of maintaining routines and focus, especially in these last three weeks. Consistency at home is key to a smooth transition into the upcoming academic year. Encourage your child to continue reading, exploring educational activities, and engaging in thoughtful conversations during the break.

While we encourage a well-deserved rest, integrating educational elements into the daily routine can be both enjoyable and beneficial. As we move into the final stretch, maintaining focus at school will contribute to a strong finish and set the stage for a seamless start to the new school year.

Reminders about exciting upcoming school events

In the spirit of celebration, mark your calendars for our much-anticipated end-of-year concert on Thursday, 30th, starting at 5 pm with a barbecue. The main show will commence at 6 pm. It promises to be an evening of joy, showcasing the talents of our students. We encourage you to join us for this special event, as we come together to celebrate the achievements of the year and create lasting memories.

Additionally, I want to remind you that the school will be closed on Friday, December 1st. Please plan accordingly and use this day for rest and relaxation as we gear up for the final stretch of the year.
