On Monday, 11 August, students from St Anthony's Clovelly competed at the SCS Conference 1 Athletics Championships at Sydney Olympic Park.  This event brought together schools from across Sydney and our team rose to the occasion with enthusiasm, determination and great sportsmanship.  The children competed in a variety of events including running races, long jump and shot put.  Each student gave their best effort showing a strong sense of team spirit and pride in their school.  

A special congratulations goes to Charlotte Ingram in Year 6 who delivered an outstanding performance in the long jump taking home the Gold medal and 5th place in the 100m race, securing a place in the next round of the competition. Her achievements are a testament to her hard work and determination.  

A special thank you to those parents who were able to attend on the day and help Ms Claffey. Overall, it was a fantastic day for St Anthony's and the students returned with smiles, memories, and a sense of accomplishment, having represented their school with excellence and heart.
