Mother's Day at St Michael's
National Walk Safely To School Day
A reminder that we will be celebrating Walk Safely To School Day on Friday, 16th May! Students and their families are encouraged to walk, ride, or scooter to school on the day. If you live too far away, why not catch public transport (like the tram) part of the way and walk the rest. The focus is on promoting healthy habits, road safety, and caring for the environment.

Big Group Hug are a small local charity who work hard across the North and West of Melbourne helping kids living in poverty.
Thanks to generous donations from the community, Big Group Hug will provide over 120,000 essential items to more than 7,000 children in crisis this year.
With cold weather fast approaching donations of warm clothing for children, especially jackets, hoodies, long sleeve tops, pants, PJs, shoes, sheets and blankets (cot/single bed) are needed urgently. Now is a good time to do a wardrobe sort and pass on any good quality winter items that your child has outgrown.
Donations can be dropped at the Office to be passed on to Big Group Hug. Find out more about Big Group Hug at: https://biggrouphug.org/
