Specialists

Year 2 students will participate in several specialist subjects. Please make sure students are in full sports uniform on sports days. Our timetable for this term is as follows:

Library

Our Library day remains Thursday. Please ensure library books are returned each week so students can continue borrowing new texts.

Take Home Reading

Students will continue bringing home decodable readers as part of the Little Learners Love Literacy program. Regular reading at home remains an important way to support your child's literacy development. As students complete Stage 7.5, they will be encouraged to borrow appropriately levelled chapter books from the library to continue building their reading fluency and comprehension.
