Hospitality

As part of the Certificate II in Hospitality course, students are required to complete 12 service periods. Throughout the year, they have catered at various school and community events, including the opening night of the Uralla Rotary Art Show, school sporting carnivals, and staff training days. Their final event involved preparing and serving lunch for Academy II students.

One of the highlights of the year was the Senior Excursion, where students went on a 

“foodies” trip and sampled foods from a variety of cultures not available in our region.

In the Art Room: 

This beautiful painting on canvas, created by Claire Maskell and Amara McFarlane of Year 8 will represent Uralla Central as our entry in the Sam Lewis Peace Prize competition.
