Yr 4 Camp Wilkin

The Year 4 students had an amazing time at Camp Wilkin in Anglesea from Wednesday 13th May to Friday 15th May. Across the three days students challenged themselves, worked together and created many wonderful memories.

Students participated in a range of exciting activities including the flying fox, leap of faith, archery, initiative games and an Amazing Race. We had perfect weather for the beach day, and the students really enjoyed the Foxes Den game. Students also enjoyed a night walk and had the choice of either movie night or Thursday night footy in the evening.

There was plenty of fun, a little bit of sleep, and lots of teamwork throughout the camp. Run and Walk Club was especially popular with our early risers each morning! Students also demonstrated responsibility and independence by helping with camp jobs such as setting tables, cleaning tables, vacuuming after meals and working together during group tasks.

We are very proud of the way students represented our school, supported one another and stepped outside their comfort zones throughout the camp experience.

We are also incredibly grateful to our overnight parent helpers and all of our day helpers across the three days. Their support, care and willingness to give up their time helped make the camp experience such a success for our students.
