Market Day 

Our annual Market Day is coming up on Tuesday 15th September from 3:00pm, and our Senior students have been working hard to get everything ready.

As part of their Inquiry learning, our Senior students have been developing their entrepreneurial skills, designing, creating and preparing a range of items to sell at their very own market stalls. They have been thinking about their products, how to present them and how to make their stalls a success.

On Market Day, the rest of the school will have the opportunity to visit the stalls and make purchases. This year we will be using a voucher system, meaning no cash will be handled at the stalls. On the day, students or parents can purchase vouchers with cash or card from Kate at Reception, or families can pre-order vouchers through Qkr. Students can then use their vouchers to purchase items from the Market Day stalls. We will also be running a sausage sizzle during the event, using the same voucher system. All money raised will go towards our school fundraising.

Families and siblings are warmly invited to join us from 3:00pm and enjoy the afternoon with our school community.

We are incredibly proud of our Senior students and the creativity, initiative, hard work and entrepreneurial skills they are putting into making this year’s Market Day a success. We can’t wait to see their ideas come to life.
