PE – Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee has been a huge hit at Menzies Creek! Through our Gecko Sports program, our students have been learning the skills and strategies of this fast-paced and super-fun game. We were lucky enough to have the owner of Gecko Sports, Adrian join us, along with a professional Ultimate Frisbee player, who shared his expertise with the students.

The students have absolutely loved it and have even been asking for frisbees so they can keep playing in their own time! The Gecko Sports team were blown away by how quickly our students picked up the skills, moved around the field and worked together as a team. They commented that they haven’t come across another school where students have picked it up so quickly!

A huge congratulations to our wonderful students. It is such a joy to see our Menzies Creek kids come together each week, encourage each other, have fun and work as one big team. We couldn’t be prouder!
