Principal's Update

Hi everyone,

As I waved our Year 56 students off on their camp yesterday it was wonderful to see everyone so excited. I am sure they are having a fantastic time in Melbourne and will return with lots of stories about all the sights they have seen and activities they have done. I would like to extend a special thank you to our 5/6 team for the organisation that has gone into making the camp happen and to our staff and parent helpers who have given up their time to attend the camp.

2025 Foundation Students

Parents and families are invited to attend the school on the 31st of July at 5pm for an information session and school tour. The aim of this open night is to provide you with information about our high level of education at Cobram Primary School, to ensure you can make the decision to find the best school for you and your child. If this time does not suit, please contact the school to book your own tour during school hours.

Parent, Caregiver and Guardian Opinion Survey

Families will be invited to participate in the 2024 Parent, Caregiver and Guardian Opinion Survey from Monday 29th July. Families will receive information, on how to access the survey, via Compass. I ask you to please take the time to complete the survey as your opinions are important to us and will contribute to the future management and organisation of our school. The department will use the results from the survey for research purposes and to improve outcomes for students. The survey will be available in English, Arabic, Greek, Hakha Chin, Hindi, Japanese, Punjabi, Simplified Chinese, Somali, Turkish, and Vietnamese. You can download other language guides through the survey portal.

There are a number of events coming up this term and ask that parents keep an eye on the newsletter, Compass and Facebook as these are our main methods of communication.
