District Athletics Day

On the 20th of August on a cloudy and cold day with a little bit of sun, a selection of people went to Keilor Park to compete in the District Athletics carnival to try their hardest to make it to the next level, division.

We had a few people come first including Easton, Jocelynn and Piper.

Quite a few people landed in the top four but unfortunately only the top two for most competitions go on.

All students tried their best and were proud of the effort they put in.

District Volleyball

Today, 21 of our students attended the Macedon Ranges Sports Precinct to compete in the District Volleyball Competition.

The girls’ team played three games against Holy Cross, Braemar and Gisborne, achieving a fantastic three wins from three and earning a place in the grand final. After a nail-biting game, they unfortunately went down to Holy Cross.

The boys’ team also played three games against Holy Cross, Braemar and Gisborne. Despite their tremendous effort throughout each game, they finished with a win against Gisborne and losses to Braemar and Holy Cross.

Well done to everyone involved! We are incredibly proud of your efforts, sportsmanship and the way you represented our school. It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm, teamwork and determination from all of our students.
