School Wide Positive Behaviour Support 

Inquiry Project

As part of our Paddock to Plate inquiry, the Grade 3/4 students explored the journey of milk from the farm to our homes and discovered the many products made from dairy. Through hands-on learning, they researched and sequenced the key stages of milk production, using their knowledge to inspire the design of our fibreglass cow, Barbie Q.

This project combined learning across Inquiry, Science, Design Technologies, Visual Arts and Sustainability, while encouraging teamwork, creativity and an appreciation of the important role agriculture plays in our everyday lives.

The Grade 3/4 students and staff are incredibly proud of Barbie Q, who will remain on display at Seymour College for our school community to enjoy.
