MacKillop Cross Country

A team of 9 OLF runners competed at the MacKillop Cross Country Championships at the Sydney Equestrian Centre. A huge congratulations to Alexis D who placed 2nd in the 12 Years 3km, Arabella C who placed 3rd in the 8/9 Years 2km and Archie C who placed 6th in the 12 Years 3km. We wish these athletes the best of luck at the next competition!

Touch Football 

Congratulations to Alexis D (Year 6) who was recently selected in the MacKillop Girls Touch Football Team. She played against teams from Wagga Wagga, Goulburn, Parramatta, Wollongong and ACT. Alexis will now play at the NSW PSSA Championships. Well done Alexis!

Inter Conference Netball

A team of Year 5 and 6 girls competed at the Inter Conference 3/4 Netball Championships at Minto Indoor Sports Centre. The team was undefeated and won the first place play off final by 3 points. The team was crowned champions and will now compete at the Sydney Netball Championships being held on Wednesday 30 July. Go girls!  

2024 MacKillop Athletics Champions 

Our Lady of Fatima was named the 2024 MacKillop Athletics Champion team. The students were awarded a special certificate and were acknowledged from CSNSW Sports Association and Sydney Catholic Schools at our assembly. 

 

Anson V was also presented with a trophy, cap and framed certificate to recognise his outstanding achievements representing NSW at the 2024 School Sport Australia Track and Field Championships. Anson won gold in the 11 Years Long Jump. 

Golf

There are two Golf tournaments on offer - 9 Hole (no golf link number or handicap required) or 18 Hole (golf link number and handicap required). Students must be in Years 3 to 6 to be eligible to compete in these tournaments. Registrations close Friday 1 August 2025.

 

Students must demonstrate a high level of skill development and talent in Golf and have experience playing in regular Golf competitions. Please refer to the registration note if you would like to register your child.

    • This holiday tournament is for students who want to make a team of friends from any SCS school and participate in a great day of basketball 

  • Pickleball

    • Pickleball is a paddle and ball sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, played on a smaller court with a net.
