CONGRATULATIONS to our students who made their Sacrament of Reconciliation last week. We are so proud of you for taking this important step in your faith journey, God’s Mercy is a beautiful gift! We hope that this experience brought you and your families closer to God and filled you with joy and grace.
We invited students to reflect on and share their personal experience of making the Sacrament of Reconciliation, fostering a deeper understanding of forgiveness and spiritual growth within our school community.
“When I made the Sacrament of Reconciliation I was nervous at first but afterwards I felt good about myself. I felt relieved because I knew God would forgive me”.
Eden- 3 Gold
“I was really nervous at the beginning but after I received the Sacrament and was forgiven, I felt so much better. I knew that God would forgive me for the times I made mistakes”.

“I made the Sacrament of Reconciliation with my brother Hudson. I was really excited at first then I was nervous when I spoke to Father Zeljko. Afterwards I felt really proud of myself”.

“I felt really calm and happy as I was speaking to God through Father Julian. He made me feel comfortable and I knew I was forgiven. Afterwards I just wanted to keep praying to God. It was a nice experience because Father Julian was understanding about my sins and when I asked for forgiveness”.

“When I did my Reconciliation I felt happy because I was closer to God and the people I sinned against”.
Charlotte- 3 Blue
“Recieving the Sacrament of Reconciliation means to me connecting to God again and asking for forgiveness. No matter how many times you sin, you will always be forgiven by God”.

“My experience of making the Sacrament of Reconciliation was exciting and new. When I walked up to Father Julian I felt a bit nervous but afterwards I felt relief for confessing my sins and for being forgiven”.

Registration of candidates will occur online via a google form from 20th June and registration closes on Tuesday 29th July 2025 at 9pm. Please be advised that once registrations have been closed that NO late registrationswill be accepted. The link to this form is also available on the Parish website.

Formation Sessions: Tuesdays at 2.00pm at OLF Primary School and OLOF Church
Sacrament of First Holy Communion in the OLOF Church (23rd August at 4pm & 5:30pm)

Thank you to all the family and friends who joined us in our "Faith in Action" Learning Walks this week. It was a beautiful afternoon and our visitors were able to witness "Faith in the Classrooms" and play a part in the students Religious Education Lessons.

We are holding a Pyjama Day with a $2 Gold Coin donation to raise money for the Vinnies Winter Appeal.
