Garden

Autumn/winter Activities
We have been busy planting cold season veggies in our garden. The carrots and coriander are sprouting, potatoes have been planted and snow peas have starter climbing up the trellises. We also planted radishes and kale seedlings. Garlic is in, too.
Pizza Lunch
The weather has been favorable to our basil plants and it is rare to have some this late into the cool season. We used the last harvest of the basil to make always popular flat bread pizzas for all students yesterday. Here are some photos.
Seedlings Market
The next seedling market is on Thursday 12 June after school. Cash only! First in, best dressed.
We’ll have following for sale:
- Potted herbs
- Cavalo Nero kale
- Red curly kale
- Lettuce
- Snow peas - limited, one pot per person
- Dried teas and herbs.
See you then.
