Attention Foundation Parents
The 2026 Foundation Playdates are coming up next month and we could use your help.
Can you believe it's been nearly a year since your little 2025 Foundies first entered NLPS? The new year of families will be coming soon to transition their future NLPS students and we could use your help to welcome them.
The 2026 Foundation families are invited to informal play sessions to meet other 2026 students on the dates below.
We’re looking for one 2025 Foundation parent volunteer per date to warmly welcome new families, share your own experiences, and answer any questions about starting Foundation at NLPS.
- Monday 17th November - 2:30pm to 3:15pm
- Tuesday 25th November - 2:30pm to 3:15pm
- Wednesday 3rd December - 2:30pm to 3:15pm
- Monday 8th December - 2:30pm to 3:15pm

Icy Pole Days - Term 4
Students are able to purchase an icy pole for 50 cents at the start of lunch time in Term 4. These days will then run fortnightly on a Friday.
Term 4 Dates
- Friday 28th November
- Friday 12th December

2025 PC Meeting Dates
Parents' Club meet bi-monthly to discuss ideas and plan events. Meetings are held in the MPR at 7pm, unless stated otherwise.
Zoom links to the meetings are also sent out via Compass, for parents who are keen to attend but cannot make it in person.

Don't have spare time but still want to help?
We understand that not everyone is able to offer their time to help at school events but there are other ways you could help. Parents' Club are seeking feedback from families who may have the capacity to support the school and Parents' Club in other ways through their work, hobbies, skills, or connections. For example, discounts, vouchers, donations of products for raffles or prizes, venue hire, and more!
