Gala Day Try Outs

On Friday 20th February, all of our Grade 6 students participated in the first Gala Day trial on the Community Oval. A big shout out to the PE teachers Mr Nure, Mr Fatini, Mr Loyd, and all participating staff. The space was divided into volleyball, cricket, tennis, T-ball, badminton, and hockey.
Grade 6 teachers were very helpful in running each of the stations. Despite the warm afternoon, students were so passionate to exercise amazing sportsmanship and improve their motor skills. EVERY student had a go at their chosen sports, and it was great fun! I can already imagine how successful the Summer Gala Day will be on April 1st!
