SSV Holt Swimming Carnival GSAC Pool  2026

Hi Everyone,

On Monday 16th March St Agnes’ competed in the SSV Swimming Carnival against eight other schools in the Holt District at GSAC Pool. The swim team was composed of 25 St Agnes’ students from Years 3 and 4. St Agnes’ competed in freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly and medley and freestyle relays.

On a very overcast and rather wet day the St Agnes’ swim team worked together, cheered on each other and all did their very best. The results were outstanding this year. St Agnes’ finished 1st overall and 2nd in the percentage trophy, which is based on the number of swimming results and size of the swim team and size of the school. Congratulations to St Joseph’s for winning the percentage trophy this year. 

A big congratulations to our new record holders for Holt this year.

I would like to say a big thank you to the teachers and parents who helped out and came to support the students on the day, also for all those early morning trial sessions that were attended by parents and teachers.  But most of all I thank the swim team for doing an amazing job in the pool representing St Agnes’. Your parents, teachers and myself are all very proud of you.
