END OF TERM WRAP UP

As we come to the end of another busy and exciting term, we would like to take a moment to reflect on some of the wonderful events and experiences our students have enjoyed together throughout the term.

This term has been filled with opportunities to learn, connect and celebrate as a school community. We proudly recognised Bullying. No Way! Day, an important occasion that encouraged students to think about kindness, inclusion and the positive role each of us can play in making our school a safe and supportive place for everyone.

One of the much-loved highlights of the term was our Book Week Annual Dress-Up Community Parade. It was wonderful to see so many creative costumes on display and to celebrate a shared love of reading, stories and imagination. Thank you to families for your support in attending and cheering us on during the parade.

We also marked R U OK? Day, reminding our students and community of the importance of checking in with one another, showing care and making time for meaningful conversations. These moments help strengthen the sense of belonging and wellbeing across our school.

Our Sports Day was another standout event, full of energy, teamwork and house spirit. The competition was very closely contested, with all teams showing determination, encouragement and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the day. Congratulations to the Blue Team, who were this year’s winners, led so well by their captains and vice captains, Augy, Elijah, Charlotte and Zalia.

A special thank you to our wonderful family volunteers who organised and ran the Sausage Sizzle on Sports Day. The volunteers give up their valuable time to ensure this can be available for our students and wider school community.

We would also like to sincerely thank families for attending Parent-Teacher Interviews. These conversations are so valuable in checking in on your child’s progress and strengthening the partnership between home and school. Our teachers greatly appreciate your time, support and ongoing involvement in your child’s learning journey.

As the term draws to a close, we wish all of our students and families a happy, safe and restful holiday break. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for a busy but productive Term 4, with many special end-of-year traditions to enjoy, including the School Concert, Year 6 Graduation, and our annual end-of-year picnic.
