Dear Families,

We love having our community involved in activities at our school, and this week is no exception!

STEM Week starts Monday, and the week is going to be jam-packed with excitement. Students will be taking part in incredible activities celebrating their learning in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, including a school-wide maths quiz, a maths incursion on Friday and an opportunity to use their well-earned Hi-5 cards to purchase exclusive STEM Week products from the Hi-5 shop. But there's more! We are inviting families to join their children's classes on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30pm to take part in some science experiments, and join us for assembly on Friday 23 May to see the finalists of our Maths Quiz face off.

And because we like to mix it up a bit, we also have the second annual Albanvale Athletics Carnival on Thursday! Last year we had such an amazing time dressing up in our house colours and cheering on our class mates. We would love to see our community come and cheer on our students at Keilor Athletics Track. We'll even have a coffee van to keep the adult energy going.

Speaking of community involvement, I'd like to send a special thank you to the parents who organised and ran our Mothers and Special Persons Day Stall. Bianca, Melissa and Jessica did such an amazing job providing an opportunity for our students to spoil their mums and VIPs all while raising some funds for the school.

Prep Enrolments for 2026

Enrolments for Prep Places in 2026 are now being accepted. All interested families must submit an application form before Friday 25 July, 2025. Families who currently live outside of our zone must also apply before this date. Places will be confirmed with families by Friday 8 August 2025.

We have already received applications for 67% of our available places so interested families and those with siblings already enrolled at our school are encouraged to submit as soon as possible. You can complete the online application here in less than 5 minutes, print the application form on our website or come to our front office today. Please share this information with any families that you know are looking to enrol their child at school in 2026.
