T20 Cricket

The boys won 2 of their 3 games, and the girls won the day in their division! Science Incursion

As you can see from the student’s faces, they had an exciting time working with Emma, Gen, and James through the VSSEC programs Tickle My Droid and Reach for the Stars! Grade 3-6 explored robotics, coding, and rocketry—learning how to program, problem-solve, and think like engineers. The group was lucky enough to keep the launchers for some continued research, allowing the learning (and fun!) to continue. Thanks to some impressive launches—and a little help from the weather—one rocket even made it all the way to Cadell Street! 

Camp Quality

esCarpade 2025 is a seven-day drive with at least 60 cars setting off from Tamworth on a varied and challenging course through Broken Hill and on to Griffith, through breathtaking back-country scenery. Bringing positivity, fun and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer. It all started with our first camp held in 1983! 

Today our Recreation Programs continue to give kids and families a precious break from cancer, and we also do so much more! We provide families facing cancer with Child Life Therapy, our Cancer Education Program, Puppet Playdates, digital resources, a supportive community and professional counselling!

Camp Quality was founded on the belief that when a child is diagnosed with cancer, you can’t always change the quantity of their life, but you can change its quality. And we do, every single day! Because laughter is still the best medicine.

Grandparents Day

As if the day couldn’t get any better… Our grandparents enjoyed delicious scones and milk in the sunshine while admiring the cars and spending quality time with their grandchildren. A huge thank you to all the wonderful grandparents and special visitors who joined us and made the day truly special.
