Ms Brea Terris

Dear Families,
It is hard to believe that we are at the end of week 4 of Term 4. The weeks are flying by.
Happy World Teacher's Day to all of our staff. Today we get to recognise the dedication and professionalism you bring to teaching every day. The commitment our teachers make to our student's learning, wellbeing and growth is truly appreciated.
3/4/5 Camp
The students who have returned from the 3/4/5 camp have come back to school full of excitement, stories, and laughter — it’s clear they had an incredible time and made some great memories. Thank you to the staff who attended this camp and had just as much fun as the students.
Regional Athletics
Good luck to Miles and Tyndarah who will be representing our school at the State Athletics on Thursday 6th November.
Colour Fun Run
Thank you to all of our families fundraising for the Colour Fun Run coming up on 7th November. We have currently raised $6900!!
Next week at assembly any student who has raised over $100 will go into the draw to slime a teacher. We are currently up to 8 teachers being slimed! Good Luck!
The class who raises the most money will also have a hot chip lunch! Keep fundraising!
Please keep an eye out on socials for the timing of the day! We plan to run the Colour Run from 12.30-1.30 with a shared lunch after the event! We look forward to seeing everyone next week.
Grandparents day and Camp Quality visit
Last week, we were fortunate to welcome our grandparents and the Camp Quality team to our school. It was an amazing day filled with smiles, laughter, and community spirit. We truly enjoyed sharing this special occasion with everyone who attended and hope you all had a wonderful time!
Out of Uniform Day – Supporting Camp Quality
Next Friday will be an Out of Uniform Day. Students are invited to come in casual clothes and bring a gold coin donation to support Camp Quality and the wonderful work they do.
Hats
Students will need to wear their school hat during Term 4. Hats can be purchased at the office.
Parking
Please be aware that Police and Swan Hill Rural City Council have been monitoring parking on Murlong Street before and after school due to the ongoing building works.
Please ensure bus bays on both Murlong and Chapman Street are kept clear before and after school.
We kindly ask all families to please use the designated school crossing on Murlong Street to ensure everyone’s safety. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our school community safe.
2026 Enrolments
We are really excited to be accepting so many enrolments for 2026.
If you know of any families who would like a tour of the school, please encourage them to contact the office.
Thank you to our families who are getting the good word out in the community about our school. 'Word of mouth' is the most powerful form of advertising and consequently, we are fielding many enquiries about our school.
2026 Requests
It is the time of year we begin planning for 2026. If you have any requests for the next school year please don't hesitate to reach out via email.
Uniform
Please ensure students are in full school uniform. It is important that students have a school jumper on and not a casual jumper. We have spare jumpers at the office if students need them.
Duty of Care
Families are reminded that teachers are on duty before school from 8.30am-8.50am and after school from 3.20pm until 3.30pm. Children should not be unattended in the school grounds before or after these times. Thank you for your support and co-operation with this.
Have a lovely weekend.
Kind Regards
Brea
