Excellence Award

Congratulations to Mrs Jones on being awarded the School Sporting Excellence Association Award during today's presentation day! This accolade recognises her remarkable 27-year commitment to facilitating sporting events for students. She is truly a deserving recipient, and Tenterfield High School could not be prouder.

Chess Competition

Charlotte Carlile, Henry Wholohan, Alexander Edmonds, and Hunter Jackson from Year 7 participated in a full-day chess competition on Friday 29 November. Throughout the day, seven chess games were played, with students ranked progressively based on their performance in each match. Tenterfield High School performed exceptionally well, with Alexander Edmonds securing first place in Year 7. Additionally, the majority of our students ranked within the top half of the Year 7 to 9 category. Their behavior was exemplary, reflecting positively on our school. Thank you to Mr Everett for taking them & well done to all participants.
