New fortnightly focus
Our SWPBS journey continues to build momentum across the school, and it’s been fantastic to see students so engaged with our fortnightly behaviour focuses. Over the past few weeks, we’ve started to see an improvement in how students are caring for our school environment especially in keeping our yard tidy and putting rubbish in the bin. A huge thank-you to everyone who has been reinforcing these expectations and celebrating positive behaviour with Champion Chips.
Our new fortnightly focus links to our school value of Responsibility, with an emphasis on how we act responsibly in online spaces and when using equipment and devices. This focus is especially timely, as students across the school are receiving their new laptops. Teachers will be guiding classes through how to safely handle and use these devices.
As always, students who consistently demonstrate our school values will be acknowledged through Champion Chips. Let’s keep modelling what it means to be respectful, responsible and showing team work ast Albion North both in the classroom and online!
