DONALD HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS 

 On Wednesday the 6th of August Donald High School held their annual House Athletics for 2025. In perfect conditions students demonstrated their athletic skills to complete the schedule of all track and field events. 

There were some outstanding efforts throughout the day, none better than Abby Griffiths who won the maximum of 11 individual events on the day to score 77 championship points. 

Other outstanding efforts came from Milla Adams, Evie and Baxter Donnellon all winning 6 individual events and Indy Gill 5.

The age group champions were as follows:

• Junior 12, 13,14 YRS             Evie Donnellon & Samuel Mortlock

• Intermediate 15,16 YRS-      Milla Adams & Charlie Burke

• 17, Open YRS                         Abby Griffiths & Indy Gill

Overall house points for the day:

• JEFFCOTT =    646      1st

• Banyenong =  379      2nd

• Meyer =          378.5   3rd

Congratulations to Jeffcott for convincingly winning the 2025 Donald High School athletics sports.  

A big thank you to all the staff, house captains and students for devoting their time to make the day run smoothly. Thanks to parents for coming along to cheer and support all students involved.

The Interschool Athletics sports will be held in Charlton on Friday the 15th of August.  A list of students who have qualified has been sent out via Xuno and posted on the noticeboard at school.

Inter School Athletics 

30 students for Donald High School will represent the school this Friday (15 Aug) at Charlton in the NCD Inter-school Athletics sports.  The bus will leave at 8.50am and return at 3.00pm.  Good luck to those competing!
