Good afternoon Primary School staff and students,

I have a special announcement to make.

Today it is Mrs Hon's last day.

We would like to thank her for her dedication to Echuca South and Twin Rivers Primary School for over 30+ years. 

We wish Mrs Hon all the very best for her future and enjoy spending more time with your family

Paralympian 

On Wednesday March 26th we were very fortunate to have Paralympic Athlete Liam Twomey visit our school. Liam spoke about being grateful, mindfulness and goal setting. His message of focusing on yourself to overcome challenges and pushing through when times are tough.  Thank you Liam!

Liam taught all of us to never give up on ourselves and motivated us to overcome any challenges we may face. He told us about his path to the 2024 Paris Paralympics and his own personal obstacles he came across along his journey, from only starting to compete as a para triathlete in 2018 all the way to swimming, running and cycling through Paris against the best in the world. It was an awesome time having him come to our school and tell us all about his journey and how he competed in the 2024 Paris Paralympics!
