Dear Families,

Just a short one from me this week.

Hang in there - winter solstice is now past us and the days will be getting longer again!

For the next couple of weeks in the classroom we will be doing a few more assessments to guage what the students have learnt this term and see what we need to teach them. We will use this information to plan and program so that we can keep moving the students forward and growing and learning. 

Today we did some intial spelling and I must say I was very pleased with the overall results so far. Look forward to seeing what else we can uncover and discover about the students' learning.

On the count down, let's work hard to have a strong finish - early nights, healthy nutritious food, lots of games and running around and less technology time for all. Sounds like a good way to round out the semester to me.
