🏃‍♀️ Mordialloc District Athletics Carnival 

A Day of Speed, Spirit, and Sportsmanship! 🏃‍♂️

On Tuesday, our school proudly participated in the annual Mordialloc District Athletics Carnival, and what a spectacular day it was! Held at Dolamore Athletics Track in typical Melbourne weather resembling 4-seasons in a day, the event brought together students from across 11 schools competing for the District Champions Trophy.

From the crack of the starter’s pistol to the final relay baton handoff, our students gave it their all. Whether sprinting down the 100m track, soaring over the high jump bar, or pacing themselves through the long-distance events, they showed determination, resilience, and true team spirit.

🎖️ Highlights from the Day:

• Several District records were broken, with standout performances in both track and field events.

• Our six relay teams demonstrated incredible teamwork, coordination and speed, all earning 1st place ribbons.

• The loudest cheers came not just from the sidelines, also from students supporting each other, proving that sportsmanship is alive and well.

A huge congratulations to all our athletes for representing the school with pride and enthusiasm. Special thanks to our dedicated staff, Mr. Bainbridge, Mr. Rafferty and Mr. Grimwade who helped make the day run smoothly, and to the families who came out to support.

All District results are available to view on the windows outside the gym.

The Kingston Division Athletics Carnival at Duncan McKinnon will be held on Thursday 9th October. P.P.S. we have 36 athletes competing. Until then, let’s keep training, encouraging, and celebrating every stride forward! 🏅

Second-Hand Uniform Sale

On Friday September 12, the Second-Hand Uniform Sale will be held in the Gym foyer between 2.45pm - 3.30pm.  

EFTPOS facilities will be available, please bring small denominations if you're paying by cash.

Please ensure any purchases and school uniforms are clearly named - First Name & Surname.
