Collection notice for parents/guardians

Annual General Permission

If you haven't already done so, please ensure you have completed the Annual General Permission on SIMON via the Connect Field. It is imperative this is completed in order for your student/s to attend important excursions throughout the school year. The permission form provides consent for your child to attend the following:

• Masses and Liturgies at St Mel’s Parish/Excursions to St Mel’s Parish

• Excursions to St Mel’s School

• Athletics Carnival

• Local walking excursions

• Incursions

Note, appropriate risk assessments and excursion planning for all general excursions and incursions are in line with our Excursion Policy. Times and dates for the above will be communicated to you by SIMON/PAM, informing you of when your child will leave the school grounds.

Book in for Learning Conversations

Bookings can be made using PAM or the SIMON Everywhere app under Parent Teacher Bookings. Learning Conversations are an opportunity for students to discuss their successes, challenges and goals for the past term and moving forward with their Learning Mentor and parents/carers. These can be booked via SIMON Everywhere app or PAM Portal under Parent Teacher Interviews. Learning Conversations are taking place this Term on Tuesday 24 March from 3.30-4.30pm and Wednesday 25 March from 3.30-7pm. 💚 Call for uniform donations

Do you have any outgrown uniforms sitting in drawers or closets? Give them a second life! We’re collecting second-hand uniform items that are still in good condition to donate for our Second-Hand Uniform Sale. Your donation helps other families, promotes sustainability, and contributes to our community spirit.

📦 Drop-off information:

Bring your uniforms to our front reception between 8.30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

St Anne's College is excited for another year of the 'Scuola Italiana Club' - externally provided Italian classes for both children and adults within our local community.

Fundraise with the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme

St Anne’s College is officially approved as a donation partner for Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme (CDS Vic) which means you can assist the college to fund exciting projects to not only benefit students but the local community as well!

Outdoor exercise stations have been on top of the College’s wish list to complement a future walking track around the oval and your generous and green donations could help turn this popular idea into a reality.
