Young Archie Competition 2024

Students in Grades 4, 5 and 6 began the year creating a portrait. The portrait had to be of a person who is special to the student – someone who is known to them and who knows them and plays a significant role in their life. Students were able to use any material in the art room and could create their portrait in any style. Ten portraits were recently chosen by a panel of staff and students to be sent to the Gallery of New South Wales for short list consideration in the Young Archie Competition.
