Glasses for kids program 

Every Foundation to Year 3 student at participating schools is eligible to receive a free vision screening and, if required, further eye testing and free glasses.

We are excited to share that these free vision screenings will take place at Baxter Primary School on Thursday 19th & Friday 20th June, 2025. 

Parental consent is required for vision screening, which is not compulsory.

 Consent must be completed and returned by Friday 30th May. 

The initiative is managed and delivered by State Schools’ Relief and its partners, supported by the Department. Please find attached the consent form, as well as additional information. Do not hesitate to contact the school office if you have any questions.
