Colour Fun Run - Two Weeks to Go!
COLOUR FUN RUN IS TOMORROW !
The big day is almost here! Join us for the Colour Fun Run tomorrow at 2pm on the Bottom Yard.
Thanks to everyone’s incredible generosity, we have now reached our fundraising goal of $25,000 — which means it’s officially time to slime Ms Alison!
What you need to know:
Dress for the fun! Please wear your white t-shirts and your brightest colours to school from the morning — the more colour, the better!
After the event: Remember to bring a towel or a change of clothes for after the run to help keep your cars clean and dry.
Prizes: Prize ordering opens Friday morning 7th November and closes on Friday, 14th November at 11:59pm. Donations can continue to be made until prize ordering closes.
Can you help?
The PIC will begin setting up from 12pm on Friday. If you’re available, please come along to lend a hand and help make this event as memorable and fun as possible for our students.
Thank you again for your wonderful support — we can’t wait to celebrate together in a burst of colour!
Donut Day Wrap Up
Last week, the PIC helped organise the SRC wish of a Donut Day.
Thank you to Carolyn K., Denise, Daniela, Joanne and Maria S. who spent the morning packing almost 400 donuts! Thank you all for your support.
Christmas Carols & Market
This year’s Christmas Carols (2 December) will be more festive than before, with the addition of a Christmas Market.
We have already had a few students and parents interested in hosting a stall for the event.
There will be a small $10 fee for stallholders. If you are interested, please send a note to the PIC with details of what you will be selling. picstjohnsheidelberg@gmail.com
PIC AGM
The PIC AGM will be held on Tuesday, 18th November, at 6:15pm in the Staff Room. We encourage anyone who is interested in finding out more about what the PIC does or how they can help, to attend.
We will be discussing the exciting plans for our Christmas Carols event, early planning for 2026 events and nominating next year’s exec committee. Everyone is welcome!
