COMPASS AND SCHOOL REPORTS
A reminder that school reports will be able to be downloaded through COMPASS via the parent portal from Monday 11th December. This is important if you have a child in Year 6 as once they leave our school, you will not be able to access your child' reports through COMPASS.

Friday - Mufti clothing - sun safe shirt/dress, hat and enclosed shoes are a must (Christmas Joy mufti day - gold coin donation to St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal)
NEARLY THE END OF PRIMARY SCHOOL FOR OUR YEAR 6 STUDENTS
It is such as busy and exciting final term for our senior students in Year 6 as they complete their primary schooling. In many ways these students have 'outgrown' the Primary routine and are looking forward to the new challenges and routines provided by the High School setting.
However, it is important not to look too far ahead and forget to cherish what is happening in the present. With only 1 week left, we encourage our Year 6 students to continue to work hard, respect the teachers and their peers who have travelled the Primary journey with them and to enjoy, for what may be the last time, the friendship and opportunities that have made their Year 6 experience so memorable.

ST NICHOLAS FEAST DAY - END OF YEAR - WHOLE SCHOOL MASS
Monday 11th December. All parents, family members, and friends are invited to attend. At this Mass, we will formally acknowledge and farewell our Year 6 students.

LEAVING OR RELOCATING?
Planning for the 2024 school year is well underway. Could we ask any families who may be relocating will not not be attending St Nicholas School next year to contact the office staff as soon as possible.
SCHOOL FEES
A reminder that school fees are now overdue. School Fee Statements are emailed to parents on a regular basis. If you are not receiving these statements, please contact our office staff. Thank you for your support.
SCHOOL DROP OFF AND PICK UP SAFETY
A friendly reminder to adhere to safety measures when dropping off and picking up your children from school. Please especially make sure that you are mindful of not parking in driveways or allocated bus zones and only using the designated car drop off/pick up area if you are not parking your car.

COVID INFORMATION
At the end of 2022, National Cabinet announced that people who test positive to COVID-19 do not need to isolate. In line with this announcement, schools will continue to follow guidance issued by NSW Health to support the safety and wellbeing of our school communities.
Staff and Students with COVID-19 Symptoms
If a student or staff member is unwell and has any symptoms they should always test for COVID-19 and not attend school until they are symptom free.
Positive COVID-19 Cases
If a student or staff member receives a positive result with a RAT or PCR test they should:
- Record the positive result through the Services NSW website or App.
- Notify school of positive results as soon as possible.
