Nowra Christian School
NCS Christmas Appeal
Nowra Christian School is partnering with the Nowra Community Store and SALT Ministries to support local families in need, through the provision of Christmas treats.
We are collecting non-perishable food items to restock community shelves and build festive Christmas hampers. Your donations are a simple, practical way to share Christ’s love in our community this season. So, the next time you're doing your grocery shopping, consider picking up an extra item or two to drop into the collection boxes.
Where to drop off: Your child’s classroom/AM room, the High School Office foyer, or the Main School Office foyer.
Deadline: Friday, November 27, 2026
Specific Food Items Needed:
Christmas Treats: Pudding, cake, mince pies, long-life custard, festive biscuits, tinned ham, assorted chocolates/sweets, candy canes, wafer rolls, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix. Plus Christmas Bon Bons.
Pantry Staples: Canned fruit/veg, pasta and pasta sauce, rice, cereal, long-life milk/juice, tea/coffee/milo/hot chocolate, gravy mix, savoury crackers/biscuits, tinned soup/beans, 2 min noodles.
Snacks: Muesli bars, mixed nuts (sealed), chips, popcorn, soft drink/cordial.
