Kalinda Parents & Friends would like to extend a warm thank you to all the staff, parent volunteers & grade 5/6 students who helped us at last week's Mothers & Carers day stall. Events like this cannot happen without many hands on deck, & we are so grateful to have so many people offer to help for the day, & in the preparation days leading up to it. 

Special thanks go to volunteers Hayley A, Doreen H, Lisa W, Amanda H, Hayley B & Clare D for joining us to run the stall day. Many thanks to our team members Ellen B, Alicia P, Vivienne T, Jo S, Courtney B & Kimberley H for making the day run smoothly. 

Our thanks also go to Donna S & Phelicia S for their help on the preparation days.

We hope all the mothers & carers enjoyed the gifts their children chose for them, & had a lovely Mother's Day weekend. 

Upcoming Events

Our next event will be The Disco on Friday, June 26, during school hours. 

This year's theme will be "Winter Wonderland" & students are welcome to wear something matching the theme that they already have at home (i.e., free dress day). 

Think white or blue t-shirt, Frozen theme, Ice-Age theme, or even Christmas theme. Please save the date in your diaries. Helpers will be needed for setup & packup at 9 am & 1 pm that day. More details will come soon.

Our next Parents & Friends meeting will be on Tuesday, May 26, at the Croydon Hotel at 7 pm. Please email us if you would like to attend so we can accommodate the numbers at the table.
