Dear Launching Place Primary school,

I am one of the co-presidents of the Parent Association (PA) of the Little Yarra Steiner School (LYSS) in Yarra Junction.The LYSS PA is pleased to announce two in-person sessions with Lou Harvey-Zahra as part of our parent/carer learning series. Lou is a bestselling and popular parenting author with 7 books, a popular presenter, and a teacher. Her website is Happy Child, Happy Home – Conscious Parenting and Creative Discipline.

These sessions are to support parents/carers to create thriving children, connect with their kids, and support harmonious homes. Wherever you are in your parenting journey with children, it can be helpful to hear ideas and share learning with others about raising children. They are also intended to be supportive for teachers. We are opening these sessions up to our wider community in the Yarra Valley, so please share with your teachers and families. Understanding Temperaments with Lou Harvey-Zahra

Due to popular demand, LYSS PA invites all parents and carers to join Lou Harvey-Zahra for another wonderful conversation about 'Understanding the Four Temperaments for Family Harmony'. This time it will be online to enable more folks to attend and is suitable for parents/teachers/carers of kids of all ages. It is on Monday 11th August, 7.30pm to 9.30pm. LYSS are subsidising this, but to assist us to cover costs for this session (and future PA activities) it is $10 per person/household for LYSS families and $15 per person for all others.
