From the Office 

End Of Year Wrap - As we approach the end of the school year I would like to take the opportunity to extend a warm thank you to all of our school families along with our wider school and Raywood community. We are really thankful for the support given to our school across this year in many different ways and it is of course our students who benefit the most as each little bit of support builds the puzzle that supports their learning and wellbeing whilst with us at school. We look forward to working with everyone again next year. 

Summer Holiday School Works - Over the summer break you may notice some works being completed at school. We will be having some landscape gardeners onsite from mid-January completing some works to 'renovate' the front entrance to our school and we are excited to see this modernised space once school returns.

Sustainability Excursion - A reminder that on Monday we will be travelling to Bridgewater Primary School for a whole-school excursion to attend an activity day based around Sustainability. More information is provided on uEducateUs. We will be joining with students from Bridgewater PS and Inglewood PS and will be leaving school at 9.30am and travelling to Bridgewater PS by bus, returning at the end of the day for a normal end of school bus run/pick up. Please complete the permission on uEducateUs if you haven't already.

End of Year Celebration Evening/Graduation - We are looking forward to Tuesday evening where we will joining in some festive celebrations, presenting some end of year awards and of course; celebrating Ollie's graduation from our school as he finishes Grade 6 this year and his time at primary school comes to a close. Please join us from 6pm for a barbecue dinner followed by festivities. BYO Deck Chairs/Picnic Blanket.

Whole-School Pool Party -  A reminder that on Wednesday next week we will be out of the school all day. We will be heading to Jet's Gym at 9am and then travelling over to the Marong Swimming Pool for the remainder of the day. We will be leaving school at 9am and travelling by bus to Jet's Gym for a 9.30am-10.30am session. After the gym, we will travel to the Marong Pool for an afternoon swim and play before returning to school for a normal end of day pick up at 3.20pm. Students will need to come to school in the morning in school uniform ready to go to the gym and also bring along their things for swimming in their school bag (swimmers, towel, goggles etc) as they will be getting changed once they get to the pool. Please send along a morning tea snack and drink bottle but no lunch required. Please complete the permission form on uEducateUs if you haven't already.

E-Safety Commissioner Social Media Age Restriction Webinars - There is some upcoming Webinars being ran by the eSafetyCommissioners Officer which may be of interest to our families, particularly those with older children at home. Please head to think link for more information and to sign up for a webinar if you're interested.

Chickens & Garden Minding - Thank you to those families who have indicated they are happy to help out keeping an eye on the chickens and veggie patch over the summer break. Here is a rough roster:
